Rubicon Crusader AA Mk II tank

The Crusader was an obsolete mid-war tank design that was still kicking around in the late war as an SP AA vehicle. I got one of the Rubicon Crusader kits for my late war Polish army.

Rubicon Opel Blitz truck

Plenty of companies do an Opel Blitz truck in 28mm, but as far as I know only Rubicon have one in plastic. I splurged on a trio of them in a recent sale and they’ve been fun to build and paint.

Rubicon M5 Stuart (Recce) Review

I’m a big fan of the Rubicon plastic kits, and their mid- and late-war Stuart kit fills a gap in my Allied collection. The same vehicle can be used as a gun-armed Stuart for Polish 1st Armoured in ’44-’45 and as a Recce Stuart for NZ 2nd Division in Italy ’43-’45.

Rubicon Sherman Kangaroo conversion

Most WW2 gamers have heard of the Ram Kangaroo, but there were Kangaroo (improvised APC) versions of several different vehicles, including the Sherman tank. With a really simple conversion I’ve “Kangarood” one of my Rubicon Shermans.

Plastic Shermans head-to-head: Rubicon vs Warlord

We’re a bit spoilt for choice in 28mm armour right now. Besides the traditional resins we’ve got loads of plastic vehicles coming onto the market, with Warlord teaming up with Italeri and newcomer Rubicon jumping in with both feet. So instead of one tank in today’s review you get two. Well actually three!
